From 24 to 28 March there has been a new development at the Casa E. San José in El Escorial (Madrid). In this Second Iberian Provincial Chapter, Enrique Losada has been re-elected as Provincial Superior. The new government is composed of José Ignacio Moreno (Vicar Provincial), and councilors: Pedro Miguel Gordillo, Leopoldo Antolín and Aurelio Cayón.
In addition to the capitulants, our the Vicar General Camille Sapu has also taken part on behalf of the General Government. Nuria Arias, the Provincial of the SSCC Sisters of Spain has also been invited.
During these days we evaluated the life of the Province, through the report of the Provincial Government and the Committees. Several documents have also been studied, dialogued and approved: one inspiration entitled "Called and sent by Jesus," the Plan for the Initial Formation, the Marginalized, the Pastoral in Schools, Vocational Ministry and some changes in the Provincial Statutes.
In his closing remarks, the Provincial elect said to all brothers "go forward in harmony, interaction, congoing communication and commitment to what we have decided together."
