More than 50 young people from SSCC schools and ministries, both brothers and sisters, took part in the second Spirituality Retreat, held on October 25–26 at the former Diocesan Seminary of Lo Vásquez (Chile).
The gathering invited participants to live a weekend of adoration, silence, and community, centered on the encounter with Jesus.
“I reconnected with a part of myself that I felt was a bit lost,” said Valentina Torres, from SSCC Padres Franceses School. Other participants highlighted the spirit of reflection, accompaniment, and inner renewal that marked the experience.
Six young people completed their three-year formation journey, and a new challenge is already on the horizon: a mission retreat “in the field,” where the young SSCC participants will go forth to share the faith that inspires them.
