The parish of La Anunciación, in Providencia, will host the 2025 SSCC Youth Congress on August 8 and 9, bringing together youth communities from the Chile-Argentina Province. The announcement was made by the Youth Pastoral Center (CPJ) of La Anunciación through a creative video that highlighted the spirit of the event: to dream, create, and build together a young, vibrant, and dynamic Church. In preparation, a pre-congress phase is underway during May and June, with work materials being used in local communities. The contributions gathered will help shape collective discernment in August.
The Congress will feature a logo full of symbolism: a mosaic-style cross, young people carrying pieces toward it to represent the ongoing construction of Jesus’ mission, and a message of inclusion, joy, and embodied faith. It will be a space to share experiences, express concerns, and take collective responsibility for the Church’s journey from a youth perspective. The invitation is open to live this gathering with hope and commitment.
