From 29 to 31 January 2016 a retreat for acolytes of the parishes served by SSCC was held at the monastery of Christ the King, in Polanica Zdroj. It was a group of 13 boys from all over Poland.
The main theme was the importance of the Sacred Scriptures in our lives and in the ministry in the liturgy. During the meeting there was time for prayer, for the Eucharist, and for many other activities. The retreat was prepared and led by Fr. Kamil Wawro sscc.
On February 2, a Mass to close the year of consecrated life was celebrated in the parish of Our Lady of Peace in Polanica Zdroj. It brought together our SSCC brothers from Polanica and religious sisters from 5 different congregations. The homily was delivered by Fr. Radoslaw Ziezio sscc. The renewal of the religious vows was made during the celebration.
