Renovation of the Saint-Gabriel parish in Paris (France)

In Paris, the Saint-Gabriel church (20th arrondissement) was built on land that was subsequently discovered to be vulnerable to sinking. After consolidating the foundations in 2021, the parish is undertaking a new series of works to seal the cracks in the walls and vaults. Since scaffolding will be installed in the church, an interior renovation project is also planned. Church builders, Chantiers du Cardinal has been asked to provide support for this project. Father Christian Malrieu sscc, parish priest of Saint-Gabriel parish, and Jean-Pierre Gaspard, volunteer general manager of Chantiers du Cardinal, look back together at the history of this parish, which is closely linked to that of Chantiers du Cardinal.
