Reception of prisoners in Jerez de la Frontera (Ibérica)

Since the beginning of 2018, the Sacred Hearts community of Jerez de la Frontera (Spain) has been welcoming inmates on parole from the Puerto III Penitentiary Centre. These are people who are serving sentences in this centre, who are classified as second grade and who can qualify for permits of leave as part of their reintegration process. In order to obtain these permits, the inmate must have someone to take them in. This is usually done by a partner, family or friends. But what happens to people who have no one to take them in?

In this interview, Curro Cruz sscc tells us how the project works. For more information, click here: https://youtu.be/61qRafi7hTQ
