The priestly ordination of brother Javier Ramirez Yarce sscc took place in the Cathedral of the city of Puebla de los Angeles, Mexico. The ordination was celebrated by Archbishop Victor Sánchez Espinosa. It was attended by sscc brothers and sisters from different places; as well as the provincial, Carlos Mendoza. All gathered in Puebla to accompany and celebrate with Javier.
The appeal of Mgr. Victor towards Javier was "May your priestly ministry be always in tune with the people you serve, may the gift received by the grace of God give you holiness and wisdom to live faithfully your apostolate; I urge you to live your ministry in greater depth according to the spiritual and apostolic life of you religious Congregation."
Javier 's family and the community subsequently met in the Parish of Our Lady of Refuge, where the brothers are serving at the south part of the state's capital, to share the food and the joy of the newly ordained.
Javier’s first Mass will be on March 21st at the Guadalupe Shrine, the sector of parish community where Javier was raised.
