On Saturday, 25 February, a meeting to place, via Zoom, of the Preparatory Commission for the World Meeting of the Secular Branch. Members of the Commission were: the Spiritual Animation Team of the Secular Branch (SAT), invited members of the Secular Branch and some accompanying sscc religious men and women. They have begun to outline the plan and to distribute the tasks of organising this Meeting, which will take place virtually from 7 to 9 July 2023, and which will have the following theme:
- July 7: presentation and presence of the Superiors General.
- 8 July: formation of leaders.
- 9 July: how to reach out to young people and the figure of the accompanying brothers and sisters.
Three sub-commissions have been set up to prepare the theme in more detail. The next meeting of the preparatory commission will be on 25 March.
