On the third ballot conducted by mail according to the provincial statutes, Kenji Honma has been elected Provincial Superior of Japan-Philippines on July 14. Kenji replaces John Yamada, who has been in office for two terms.
The choice has been confirmed by the Superior General. Kenji will take office at the end of the next Provincial Chapter to be held in Tomobe (Japan) from 20 to 24 October 2014.
