On Monday, August 31, 2026, Rajkumari Behera made her First Profession of Vows in the chapel of the Sacred Hearts Novitiate Community in Manila, Philippines.
The celebration was a joyful and grace-filled occasion, marked by a warm family spirit. Present for this significant moment were the SSCC Brothers and Sisters, members of the Secular Branch, family members, friends, and other guests who gathered to accompany Rajkumari as she took this important step in her consecrated life.
The Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Fr. Felipe Lazcano sscc, concelebrated by other SSCC priest brothers and guest priest. The solemn yet simple celebration was enriched by a profound sense of fraternity, joy, and thanksgiving.
As Rajkumari begins this new chapter of her journey as a professed religious, we give thanks to God for the gift of her vocation and for His faithful presence throughout her journey. We wish her every blessing as she continues to respond generously to the Lord’s call and faithfully lives out her consecration.
May she continue to say her joyful “Yes” to the Lord each day, and may the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary guide, strengthen, and accompany her throughout her consecrated life.
