The two communities of the General Houses gathered on Monday morning, 27 March, to celebrate the feast of our Founder, the Good Father. The meeting began with the Eucharist, presided over by Fernando Cordero, who in his homily invited us to "look at our history which speaks in a particular way to our present. When we have lived through confinement and isolation, Pierre Coudrin in La Motte and Henriette in prison, can both show us how they managed, and they accompany us to this day. When it seems that there is a desire to banish God from society, to hide his name, our Founders remind us - together with our martyrs - that it is worth staking one's life on Christ and his Gospel". The celebration included a remembrance of all the brothers, sisters and lay people of the Congregation and a special petition for peace.
