
On 31st May, the faithful of Immaculate Conception Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Serampore, gathered in prayer and thanksgiving as the Month of the Holy Rosary came to a close. The celebration was marked by devotion, reflection, and fellowship, bringing parishioners together in a spirit of faith and unity.
The programme commenced with the Holy Rosary, prayerfully led by the Women Cell of the parish. The Holy Eucharist was celebrated by Fr. Sebastian of Morning Star in the presence of Parish Priest Fr. Sujay Sardar sscc. The occasion also invited reflection on the Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
In his homily, Fr. Sebastian reflected on the mystery of the Most Holy Trinity and reminded the faithful that nothing is impossible with the Holy Spirit, who guides, strengthens, and leads us closer to Christ.
The celebration concluded with the sharing of payesam, fostering fellowship, gratitude, and thanksgiving.
