The event welcomed around 45 altar servers, accompanied by their parents and families. A total of 75 participants stayed overnight at the monastery. The Provincial Cup sports competition drew as many as 130 attendees, with five teams participating in the tournament.
Altar servers from various parishes joined the gathering:
-
Parish of St. John the Baptist in Owinsk, with Fr. Krzysztof Konrad Kulhawiec sscc.
-
Parish of Our Lady Help of Christians in Wroclaw, with Fr. Tomasz Pawlukowski sscc.

-
And the hosts: Parish of Christ the King in Polanica-Zdrój, with Fr. Zdzislaw Swiniarski sscc.
The event was held under the patronage of Fr. Leszek Gólczynski sscc, Provincial Superior. The main organizer was Fr. Tomasz Pawlukowski sscc, with Fr. Kamil Wawro sscc in charge of logistics.
The program included both spiritual activities and opportunities for fellowship. On Thursday, after arrival and check-in, participants enjoyed an evening of fun and a bonfire. Friday’s highlight was the Holy Mass celebrated by Fr. Leszek Gólczynski, followed by the Provincial Cup sports competition. The team from Christ the King Parish in Polanica-Zdrój claimed victory in the tournament. The day concluded with May devotions and a barbecue dinner.
On Saturday, participants made a pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows in Stary Wielislaw, where Fr. Kamil Wawro presided over a solemn Mass. After lunch, the gathering came to a close, and participants departed.
The meeting was a joyful occasion for prayer, sports, fellowship, and building community—both for the altar servers and their families. Sincere thanks to everyone who helped make the event possible!
